Course Description: MN Secure Choice Mandate & Retirement Plan Options for Employers This presentation provides an overview of the MN Secure Choice Retirement Program, a new state-mandated initiative aimed at expanding access to retirement savings. Starting 1/1/26 and implemented in phases,

employers in MN with 5 or more employees will be required to either enroll in the Secure Choice program or offer a qualifying retirement plan of their own. We’ll cover who is affected, what the program entails, key deadlines, compliance requirements and the alternate options available to employers. This session is designed to help equip professionals with information to help businesses prepare and make informed decisions.
