About the event
Speaker: Jake Armato, Senior Data Analyst, Boston Scientific
Course Description: Good decisions start with good data, and the volume of information brokers manage makes processing it by hand increasingly challenging. AI is emerging as a tool with real potential to help brokers manage that complexity and scale, if it is used well. It is also reshaping the broader healthcare ecosystem brokers work within, including research, clinical practice, insurers, employers, and the policy environment. This course covers the role of data in broker decision-making, what AI is and is not, and how these tools are already changing the workflows and decisions brokers face every day. Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of the AI tools available to brokers, a framework for evaluating them, and the data privacy and verification practices needed to use them responsibly with and for clients.
